Not great, i think i have been scammed, the picture shows the Hapro Topaz with a face lamp but dose not come with one, this is against trade description act. Also the company delivered the sunbed that is packed in a box that is 7 foot x 4 foot x 1 foot in size and expect one person to deliver it. My partner was asked to help get the sun bed into our home, and as a result of being obligated to help, hurt her back needing a x-ray and time off work.
To make matters worse now my partner is feeling better she has been on the sunbed 4 times at first @ 10 minuets then 15 minuets and then 2 x 20 minuets, result: showing no signs of any tanning and a tube has stopped working, WTF. We have been sending emails but only one reply.
I need to verify the warranty on the tubes and if the tubes even work. Be very careful before you deal with this company.
